A common barrier to the effective use of new ideas in business, and often a cause of stagnation, is inadequate innovation management. This typically fails in the process of selecting the right ideas, setting up the organisational structure, motivating employees, protecting intellectual property rights, including the use of licensing, marketing innovations, and securing the financial resources needed for their development.\u00a0<\/p>

Our innovation management process is designed to help businesses systematically turn ideas into measurable commercial results.<\/strong> Since 1991, we have been providing innovation consultancy to Slovak companies, and as the coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network in Slovakia, we connect clients with European partners, technologies and markets.<\/p>

        We prepare a concrete plan with priorities, a timetable, responsibilities and expected benefits.<\/p>

        1. Innovation implementation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          We support the implementation of solutions in practice \u2013 from the selection of partners and technologies to the establishment of internal change management.<\/p>

          1. Funding and internationalisation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            We help identify suitable sources of funding and, through the Enterprise Europe Network, provide access to international collaboration, technology transfer and entry into foreign markets.<\/p>

            1. Measuring results and continuous improvement<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              We monitor the impact of innovation on business performance and define the next steps for long-term competitiveness.<\/p>
