The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) was established in February 2008 on the initiative of the European Commission and has grown into the world's largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with ambitions to expand internationally.
The Network offers a wide range of services, including support in finding business and technology partners, internationalisation, technology transfer, intellectual property protection, digitalisation, and the adoption of sustainable business practices. It also helps businesses navigate European funding programmes and connects them with opportunities that can accelerate their growth and innovation.
Today, the Enterprise Europe Network operates in more than 50 countries and brings together over 3,000 experts. In Slovakia, the Network is represented by six partner organisations:

A new focus: Digitalisation, sustainability, and resilience
During the current project period, the Enterprise Europe Network continues to provide business and innovation advisory services while placing particular emphasis on three strategic priorities: digitalisation, sustainability, and resilience. The objective is to help small and medium-sized enterprises respond more effectively to evolving market challenges, enhance their competitiveness, and support sustainable growth within the European Single Market.
